DigitalMailer Opens Northeast Regional Office

Herndon, VA (June 10, 2002) – One of the nation’s leading providers of eStatement and digital communications to credit unions has opened a Northeast regional office, according to a recent announcement from DigitalMailer. DigitalMailer, based in Herndon, VA, just outside of Washington, D.C., provides secure, reliable and tailored electronic mailing and online statement presentment for credit unions.

Daly has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive with a top 100 credit union, and has recruited leaders from the credit union and technology industries to serve on DigitalMailer’s advisory board and board of directors.

There are currently 197 credit unions in the region with combined assets over $44 billion serving 5.5 million members. Changes in field of membership regulations have made the market for new members even more competitive, with many Northeastern credit unions now having state-wide fields of membership. In the Northeast, these 197 credit unions over $50 million posted 5% member growth in December 2001, above the national average of 4.1%, according to Callahan and Associates.
