| DigitalMailer Launches e-LERT Product Herndon, VA In response to a significant member-driven trend requesting more specific email communication from their credit unions, DigitalMailer has launched its newest product, e-LERT. This product gives credit unions the ability to offer up to ten "tell me when" fields from which members select their choices, giving the credit union permission to contact them by email. e-LERT allows members to choose notification services like: tell me when my checking account balance goes below $200, when my paycheck has been deposited, when certificate rates change, when there is a car loan sale, and more. DigitalMailers eStatement clients indicate that a high percentage of their credit union members up to 72% in one large mid-west credit union are opting-in to receive additional email communication. Independent data reveals the same trend. "Our survey research of over 20,000 members shows that more than half of those who declined additional credit union email contact indicated that they would sign-up for email services such as alerts about specific account activity.
