DigitalMailer, Looks to Build on 2004 Success
Herndon, VA – January 20, 2005 – Credit Union digital communications pioneer, DigitalMailer, Inc., announced today that 2004 brought success in client growth, new services deployed, and money saved by Credit Unions. DigitalMailer’s client Credit Unions serve over 1.5 million members and have combined assets in excess of $10 billion.
In 2004, member adoption of eStatements and eLerts grew rapidly. While most electronic statement programs were launched to save printing and mailing costs, DigitalMailer’s clients are building and growing an online member service and marketing channel that includes member alerts, targeted marketing, and 24/7 online member response to products and services.
"The best part about the past year was watching our clients grow their online presence, as well as their ability to serve members online," said Ron Daly, CEO of DigitalMailer. "Using information readily available in most CUs, our clients have succeeded in turning their members’ email addresses into strategic contact points, while finding new ways to interact with members via email addresses every day. More and more Credit Unions are recognizing the successes of our clients, and coming to us for help."
Coming in 2005:
Looking forward in 2005, DigitalMailer expects to see significant growth in its Authenticated email service, secure forms service, and 24/7 online member survey service.
Milestones achieved by DigitalMailer in 2004:
- Doubled client base, more than doubling the services they use
- Published "one-millionth" eStatement on behalf of clients, well on the way to two-million
- Launched "enhanced" eStatement publication services
