DigitalMailer starts new year with launch of Client Forum

Service lets clients ask questions, share ideas with others eStatement and eLert users

With more people embracing the Internet - and, specifically, the convenience of managing their personal business online - DigitalMailer is launching a new, internal tool to help its clients expand the benefits of using digital-communications tools: the DigitalMailer Client Forum.

The new, online forum is designed primarily for clients that use eStatements and eLERTS, says company president/CEO Ron Daly. It provides an opportunity for them to network with other users, as well as digital-communications and marketing experts on DigitalMailer's own staff.

"We were looking for ways to help our clients get the most from our eMarketing tools, and saw that providing an information resource and online discussion groups made good sense. The intent is for clients to share ideas and best practices, and also ask each other - or DigitalMailer - questions about their online programs," said Daly. "Creating the Client Forum seemed like the logical next step."

The interactive forum will host a variety of category discussions, such as feature requests, problem-solving tips, financial industry news and economic issues. In addition, Forum users can start their own discussions on topics of interest or suggest additional discussion categories for DigitalMailer to add. The launch of DigitalMailer's Client Forum follows on the footsteps of the company's 2006 highlights, including hitting the 4 million mark in eStatements delivered to consumers, and developing new business partnerships, such as L9.com, which strengthened security tools and authentication processes for users of DigitalMailer's products; and AdeptMedia, which added targeting messaging capabilities for credit unions using DigitalMailer's eLERT service.
